Minnpost and the apartheid lie
The moderators at Minnpost, a theoretically a “nonprofit, nonpartisan enterprise whose mission is to provide high-quality journalism for news-intense people who care about Minnesota” allowed one of the regular Jew-obsessed commenters, Chuck Johnson, to post the following:
So when has the would be peacenik Davidov ever protested the AIPAC/Israeli Apartheid war machine?
Never…correct? And I wonder why? Maybe Doug Grow can explain this in an unvarnished fashion???????????????/
I wrote Don Effenberger, the News Editor:
The use of “AIPAC/Israeli Apartheid war machine” is a hyperbolic
anti-Semitic canard, and the use of “Israeli Apartheid” is a
pernicious libel. Can you or the nameless moderator justify this?
To which he replied:
Mr. Krasnoff, you’re welcome to your opinion, but there appear to be more than 380 groups, including Jewish groups, who disagree with you. http://www.endtheoccupation.org/ I don’t see a way to prevent folks from disgreeing with you in a way that doesn’t offend you.
This was just too much.
Mr. Effenberger,
The “apartheid” canard against Israel is a lie, it is libel, it is
unwarranted defamation. This is not my opinion, it is a fact. Using an
appeal to authority and the attempt to use the “Good Jew” argument
does not make the charge of apartheid any more valid. Even if a
thousand or two thousand groups leveled the apartheid charge against
Israel it wouldn’t make it true. The moderators, representing Minnpost, allowed a lie to be perpetrated.
I note that email address of Joel Kramer, Editor and CEO of Minnpost, is not to be found. His bio tells us almost all we need to know.
…investors in Minnesota Jewish Media, a private partnership that owns American Jewish World, a local newspaper for the Jewish Community. I also serve as chair of the MJM board. …members of Shir Tikvah Congregation in South Minneapolis.
The American Jewish World, who endorsed Keith Ellison. Keith Ellison, who supported opening supply lines to the genocidal anti-Semitic Islamic Resistance Movement in Gaza?
Yes, that Keith Ellison.
The moderators at Minnpost wouldn’t allow a comment against Keith Ellison:
If progs can forgive Barry Soetero for attending a racist, anti-Semitic church for 20 years, elect Keith Ellison with his past associations with the Nation of Islam, past ethical lapses and current associations with Islamist front groups – I don’t think Mr. Gingrichs’ personal problems should be much of a problem.
The excuse: “Struck us as too vague on all the Ellison stuff – past associations, past ethical lapses, current associations”.
They will, however, assist in perpetrating anti-Semitic libel.
